Mr. Dang Xuan Do, the Head of ADLAW have been working in enterprises and organization as follows:

• 1989 – 1993: worked as Counsel in Handicraft and Art articles Export and Import Company (State owned Business of Ministry of Trade).
• 1993 – 1994: worked as Counsel in investment and bidding department of Infrastructure Development and Construction Corporation (State owned Business of Ministry of Construction).
• 1994 – 1996 : worked as Counsel and Assistant to General Manager of Delta Equipment and Construction Company (American investor).
• 1995 to date: Member of Hanoi Lawyers Association.
• 1996-2000: Attorney at Law on foreign investment of Hanoi Law Company.
• 1996 to date: Member of Vinh phuc Bar Association and Hanoi Bar Association.
• 1997: Candidate of Congress 10 of National Assembly of Vietnam.
• 1992 – 2000: Worked asLegal Adviser to Hanoi Lawyers Association.
• 1998 – 2005: Worked as Legal Consultant to Legal consulting Center on line of Hanoi Post Office.
• Reviewed and recommended many Acts and Ordinances for the National Assembly
• 2002 to date: Working as Head of An Duc Law Firm
• 2019 to date: Working as Member of Standing Department and Head of Legal Division of Vietnam Information and Consultancy for Economic and Trade.
