Mission statement:

The An Duc Law Firm (AD Law) is the practice of Lawyers who are professional and experienced,  located on fourth floor of Building, No 55, Do Quang Street, Cau Giay District, Ha noi City, Vietnam Country. Since the date of foundation in year 2002, we have given legal advices to many individuals and legal persons covering areas such as Trade, Economy, Civil, and Labour, Criminal issues. Based on our real qualification, from this time, we have fully supplied the requirements of clients without any error and have successfully handled many cases such as economic, trade, civil before court and have helped many Vietnamese and Foreign partners to set up Joint ventures to do investment projects and business  in Vietnam.

While fully supplying the demands of individuals, we concentrate in giving legal advices to Vietnamese businesses and foreign businesses. On our list, there are some regular customers including such as Vietnam national pharmaceutical Corporation (VinaPharm), Infrastructure development and construction Corporation (Licogi), Kim Sung Vietnam (Chinese owner), Vietnam food industries company (Polish owner), Delta construction management company (American owner), Tung Phuong construction material processing company(Tung Phuong), Tan Viet international company (Polish owner), Northern trading and construction investment corporation, UNILEVER Group (Trans – Continental), HUYNDAI Group (South Korean Owner).

Apart from the above, state agencies also rely on our legal advices such as National Administration Institute, Vietnamese Ministry of Trade and Industry who have been receiving our legal services in preparation of contract samples and legal advices.

To meet the increasing demands over the period of time that Vietnam has been integrating widely and deeply into the global economy we are currently paying attention to updating the information and consolidating the quality of our legal service in order to serve clients better day by day. Concurrently, we have been paid attention to cooperate with the orgnisations inside and outside of Vietnam. We are now the member of:

• Vietnam Information and Consultancy Association for Economic and Trade (VICETA), a big group of over 300 senior experts on big data and trade and economic.
• Hanoi Bars Association, a big group of more than 1,200 lawyers.
• Hanoi Lawyers Association, a big group of 600 senior lgal experts. 
•  Asociación Europea de Abogodos (AEA), a big International Lawyers Network with more than 2,300 members;
